 Use good words by Lourival Lopes Always use words like great, excellent, very good, so good. Never use words like terrible, wretch, all wrong. When you say great, his heart receives a positive mental discharge, of joy, strength and hope. And, when he pronounces bad, gets a negative, of sadness and hopelessness. The words take you up and down. Don't replace bad words. If the subject initiates the rudeness, use the silence, or use no of words.
